Asked $150,000 for 10% · Deal $200,000 for 20% with Kendra Scott, Steven Bartlett

Brian Zibricky and his daughter Kayla asked $150,000 for 10% of Pup Stack, a weighted dog anchor with a locking 20-foot tie-out line, storage and bowls, on just over $260,000 in 2026 sales to date, up 56% year over year, while both still hold full-time marketing jobs. Kendra Scott offered $150,000 for 25%, and Steven Bartlett, promising to end their near-total reliance on Meta ads, offered $200,000 for 20%. Kendra and Lori Greiner each asked to partner with Bartlett, and Kevin O'Leary offered the full $150,000 for 10%. When neither side would come down to 15%, the founders took $200,000 for 20% from Bartlett and Kendra together.

Asked $250,000 for 5%

Jo Weinand of Las Vegas and co-founder Tyler "Ninja" Blevins asked $250,000 for 5% of Nutcase Milk, a cashew-based chocolate milk pitched on potassium and magnesium, on $70,000 in 2025 sales and about the same so far in 2026, with a $58 customer acquisition cost and roughly $300,000 lost year to date. Steven Bartlett went out on positioning that straddles a nostalgic treat and a performance drink, and Kevin O'Leary said the numbers didn't support a $5 million valuation for a company that had raised $1.8 million at $10 million. Kendra Scott and Lori Greiner also went out, and Daniel Lubetzky said fixing it would take a $500,000 valuation and half the company, which he didn't want, so the pitch ended without a deal.

Asked $150,000 for 5% · Deal $150,000 for 12.5% with Kevin O'Leary

Sam Mitchell of San Diego and Dominic Gozza of West Palm Beach asked $150,000 for 5% of ZALT, an electrolyte and B-vitamin pouch worn in the lip like a nicotine pouch, on $400,000 in sales since a January 2026 launch and a $50,000 loss. Two Sharks went out early, one of them worried that kids could pass off nicotine pouches as the identical-looking electrolyte version. Kevin O'Leary called it a flyer and offered $150,000 for 15%, and Steven Bartlett, who helped start electrolyte brand Cadence, went out saying he couldn't see the use case. The founders asked for 10% and closed with Kevin at $150,000 for 12.5%.

Asked $100,000 for 15% · Deal $100,000 for 20% with Kendra Scott

Brothers Bryan and Paul Schaefer asked $100,000 for 15% of UnderWarmer, a disposable compression vest with eight air-activated heat packs, on about $1.1 million in lifetime sales and $268,000 last year, with a $3 customer acquisition cost and a 60% repeat rate. Kevin O'Leary called it a nothing burger, and the panel pressed them on the landfill cost of a single-use garment and competition from rechargeable heated vests until every Shark but Kendra Scott was out. Kendra offered $100,000 for 25% plus a $2-per-unit royalty to recoup her money, and after the brothers pushed back the two sides settled at $100,000 for 20% plus a 50-cent royalty per unit.
